Privacy Policy

DoMyBestJob Inc. (“DoMyBestJob,” “we,” “us”) operates the contractor CRM at domybestjob.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, create a company account, or use product features.

Company-isolated accounts

DoMyBestJob is multi-tenant. Customer records, jobs, quotes, invoices, campaigns, and related files belong to the company account they were created in. We do not mix one company’s CRM data into another company’s workspace.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide: name, email, company name, and password or linked sign-in.
  • Billing details processed by Stripe when you start a trial or paid plan.
  • CRM data your team enters or imports: leads, clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, documents, and custom fields.
  • Communications you send through the product, such as email, SMS, Telegram, or the AI receptionist.
  • Content you submit to AI Terminal, OCR, voice, and automation features so those features can run.
  • Technical logs needed to operate the service: sign-in time, browser, IP address, and error reports.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Provide the CRM, billing, scheduling, and connected integrations you turn on.
  • Authenticate users and enforce company access.
  • Send transactional mail such as invoices, quotes, password resets, and product notices.
  • Run optional AI, voice, OCR, and messaging features you enable.
  • Secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Processors and integrations

We use vendors to host and operate the product. Depending on what you enable, that can include Firebase (authentication and data), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS and voice), Google or Microsoft (calendar or mailbox connections you authorize), QuickBooks, Xero, and model or speech providers used by AI Terminal and voice features.

Those vendors process data only to provide the connected service. If you connect a third-party account, their own privacy terms also apply.

Cookies and sign-in

We use cookies and similar storage required to keep you signed in, remember session settings, and protect accounts. The marketing site may use basic analytics. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and CRM data while the company account is active. Company admins can edit or delete records in the product. To close an account or request deletion of a company workspace, email [email protected].

SMS and mobile numbers

If you opt in to DoMyBestJob customer-care texts, we use your mobile number only to send those messages: job and appointment updates, quotes, and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can also opt in by texting START to +1 (321) 321-3371.

We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Twilio processes numbers only to deliver the texts you consented to. Program details and the public opt-in form are at domybestjob.com/sms.

Your choices

You can access and update profile information in Settings. You can disconnect integrations you connected. You can ask us for a copy or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for billing or law.

Children

DoMyBestJob is a business product. It is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. Material changes that affect how we handle company data will also be sent to the account email when practical.
