Terms of Service

Effective September 9, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and DoMyBestJob Inc. for use of domybestjob.com and the contractor CRM. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you are creating a company workspace for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

The service

DoMyBestJob provides a company-isolated CRM for leads, jobs, quotes, invoices, scheduling, campaigns, and related tools, including optional AI Terminal, voice, Telegram, OCR, and third-party integrations you enable. Features depend on your plan and on connections you turn on in Settings.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials private. Company admins are responsible for users they invite and for the data stored in that company workspace. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices, abuse, or security risk.

Trial and billing

New companies may start a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Subscriptions and invoice payment links are processed by Stripe. Fees, limits, and plan details are shown on Pricing. You can cancel in billing settings; cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically erase company data.

Your data

You own the customer and job records you put in DoMyBestJob. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service, including through processors listed in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to store and contact the people in your CRM, and for complying with email, SMS, and call rules in your area.

Text messages

If you opt in at domybestjob.com/sms or by texting START to +1 (321) 321-3371, DoMyBestJob may send recurring customer-care texts about jobs, quotes, invoices, and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers are used.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Break the law, spam, or send unsolicited marketing through our communications tools.
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or try to access another company’s data.
  • Resell the product or scrape it except as the documented APIs allow.
  • Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use.

AI and automations

AI Terminal, voice, OCR, and automation features can be wrong or incomplete. You must review outputs before you rely on them for quotes, invoices, scheduling, or customer messages. Those features send the prompts and files you submit to the providers that power them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features, plans, or these terms. We will post the current terms here. If you do not agree with a material change, stop using the service and cancel the subscription.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, DoMyBestJob is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; there they apply only as far as permitted.
